as a small baby I doubled it round her leg. I wasn't going to risk anything. but now dd is 15mth and its a necklace. its a good size and handnotted I don't have any.concerns. lots of people comment, some good some bad. calculated risk. I would rather she wore the necklace (she is shocking with out it with her molars coming in) then feed her mscdonalds
