Hey all, as the title suggests i have a teething problem.

My 6 month old son has just cut through his first tooth and it looks like another 1 is close to coming through.

Now since this tooth cut through he has been throwing up alot, i'm a bit worried but family say it's normal. I just wanted to get some thoughts from members so any help would be greatly appreciated.
