Olive she sounds perfectly normal and the change in her behavior sounds like tiredness to me. My 3.5yr old gets silly, grumpy and more demanding when she gets tired...usually in the evenings.

When she starts getting like that i generally tell her she is getting tired and she agrees with me....this makes it easy to put her to bed
