We coat her bum in sudocream at every nappy change. It is the only nappy rash cream i have used on both my kids. I love it.
I will certainly try all 3 natural remedies, apples, bananas and the charcoal (i use charcoal myself occasionally). I hope i don't get her constipated!

She actually has a throat infection, which started off as a high fever on Monday night, which was then followed by vomiting and diarrhoea. The vomiting has ceased and now for ceasing the bottom end!
