One month old and vomiting yellow?

Just wondering if yellow vomit is normal? She's exclusively breastfed, and gaining weight. The past few days she seems to have a bit of constipation, straining to do a poo, and has been a bit more fussy than usual, very clingy. The yellow vomit is usually projectile too, pretty impressive actually

Just making sure its nothing serious. We'll take her to dr tomorrow, that should be fine?

Leash as long as she has no other symptoms (fever, reduction in wet nappies, rash etc) I should think it would be fine to wait til tomorrow. If she starts looking or acting "ill" eg listless, floppy, fever, rash, I'd take her in today.
