Stinky smelling wee is a definite indicator of a UTI, and IMO it is probably very worthwhile getting checked out. Especially as she did have a fever the other day too.

Aidyn had one of these last year, and for a few days the only symptom I noticed was his really stinky wee. Then he got a fever and became so, so sick. So I took him straight to the Dr, and they said for it to have gotten as bad as it did, he would have had the infection for nearly a week already.... I felt terrible!

However if her wee doesn't smell anymore, and she seems fine, then probably keeping a close eye on her is fine...
