Toe walking at 22 months - normal?

My DS did this at a similar age and is developmentally fine. I nonetheless agree with the others as it can be problematic or coexist with other issues.
Highly recommend Ginger's guy - he's the husband of a friend of mine and I can vouch for him, he knows his stuff, both in terms of the toe walking itself and in terms of sensory/developmental issues.
