A friend took her kids to a homepath because they was always getting colds, not sure what it was that was prescribed but did have fantastic results. Maybe a homepath or naturapath cold tailor make a tonic.

I use a probiotic powder on DS cereal each morning even when he's well. I swear by it! My homeopath recommended FloraCare For Kids which I used for awhile but it's hard to find so now I use Immune Booster for kids from the pharmacy or health food shop. It also does the trick.
