    Toy box?

I need a toy box/basket (or two or three) of some kind for DS, as our lounge room is starting to become overrun with toys! I have one small basket, but that's overflowing.

What I'd like is a nice toy tub/basket (that's not too expensive) - one that looks kiddish but not tacky, iykwim? I have no idea where to look for something like that though. We don't have an Ikea or Big W here, and I've looked at Kmart and Target and they don't have much of anything?

Does anyone have any ideas of other places I could look?

    TIA

You know the one in the girl's room and the box type one on the stand in the loungeroom? I got them online from deals direct.

Some of the cheapy shops, like the reject shop and so on often have baskets with lids, perhaps one of those?

We got ours from one of the $2 junk shops, they are black wicker with hinged lids (the hinges are actually leather straps) and lined with black & white fabric. They look quite good, decent size, cost $25 each I think.

Another idea is a small bookcase, this is what I'm thinking of doing for Moo's toys. I'm going to get a raw one and stain it myself so it'll be cheaper. I thought this way it can be used for other things as he grows up

CM we have done exactly that in our lounge, we have a 2 shelf (the ones that look like cubes), and then 2 x 3 shelf ones making "steps" against the wall, some of the plastic boxes fit in them so the wooden blocks etc go in them.....

I got a large felt (stronger than it sounds) bucket type thing from Howards Storage World. It's kind of the same shape/style as those plastic buckets you put ice in at parties but it's a bit smaller and looks better cause it's felt. Can't remember the price though.
