Dd was 3 when she stopped using a sleeping bag. Now she is in a polar fleece onesie under blankets, as she never stays under them!

I would keep her in the sleeping bag for the time being. If you think she is cold, add another layer under, or you could always add a blanket on top of her, as she is not a tiny little bubs any more.
