DS mostly dresses himself (needs a bit of help with trousers and putting things over his head) and chooses his outfit - the opposite season stuff is hidden away.

But just getting him out the bath can be a pain. Then he turns and runs - OK into his room but he's wet and not into bed just yet! I let him stay in his pyjamas as long as possible in the mornings - he asks to get dressed now - and naked after his bath until he wants clothes. That works for us. The only thing is he knows he has to use the potty when naked, which doesn't always happen.

My biggest gripe is that he won't go to sleep on his own and it's a 50-50 chance if he'll sleep through or not. STILL. I don't mind sitting there as he goes to sleep IF he was calm and quiet, but I get cross when he's not. DH is worse at that. Then he's up every hour - not good for me! He's in my bed asleep atm - one good thing about his bed rather than a cot is that he comes to me, I can stay in bed after about 4am.
