DD1 just pushed DD2 over and she fell backwards onto the carpet. I didnt see, DS did, but I heard it.

I picked her up straight away and she started vomiting I put her in a cool bath(its really hot here) and cleaned her up.
It was about 20 minutes ago and she hasnt vomited since and she seems fine.

did she vomit from the fall?
Ive never had this happen before and Im not too worried now as she seems fine but is there anything I should watch for?
