Did all of the placenta come out alright? I think you can have symptoms like that with retained placenta.

Oh god please don't say that I was hospitalised, 4 days after birth with retained placenta, they missed a massive piece and told me it was a prolapse! I nearly died. They done an ultrasound to rule out more left behind but told me it was fine... but I am still not sure.
I've just been to the toilet and am having a pinky-red mucous like discharge. Not like AF.. blah sill body. what is going on
