I'm not sure about the ingredients but we use Dermaveen bath and shower oil - it is water dispersable, that much I know. On the website it says the active ingredient is colloidal oatmeal but not sure about the rest.
Just found a website that says it contains no lanolin, parabens or perfumes but it does have paraffin.
It's what the RCH recommend for treatment of eczema.
We use QV here as well and Dermaveen but I think it does have paraffin in it. Pretty sure as OP mentioned it is commonly used in the treatment of eczema because it is so effective and gentle. Is there are reason you want an oil??? If you are after all natural soap free bath products maybe look at the Moo Goo bath milk instead?? I would think most of the bath oils would have either in them unfortunately. I only use natural, soap free products on my kids, but sometimes it is the lesser of 2 evils if you are fighting something like eczema.
