    Oh weemansmummy, I could only imagine how bad I would be if I had a video monitor!!!

    Ok, so Oskar is *mumbles* 4 *coughs* and I STILL use it lol. It shows the temp and his room isn't that far from mine, BUT I can hear him before he makes too much noise and then possibly waking Elijah. Also, if he's sick I can hear him better and go check if I'm concerned. So, umm.... perhaps there needs to be a "baby monitors anonymous" set up huh? lol

    This is me at the moment, thanks for starting this thread! We also have the Angelcare monitor and I honestly don't know how I'm going to wean myself off it have to do it by December as I'll need it for this bub. I was thinking of not using it during the day to begin with.

    ugh.. 13 months.. no way I would have been able to give up my moniter addiction then.. I ummm turned DD's off a couple months ago... shes 2.5. I still dont like the idea of it but I know its for the best. lol..

    Maybe go by turning it down gradually and then trying to turn it off. I really have no idea though.. as I said, i want ours back but DP keeps telling me Im silly because shes in the room next to us etc.. yeah blah blah.. what would he know
