I still don't leave the girls, I might run & get their clothes but I literally run

They are in the shower alone sometimes as DD1 likes a big girls shower but I am in the walk in getting dressed, never further than that.

I think DD was 4 and a bit before I was ok with being more than a few metres away while she was in the bath. Would only let her get herself out of the bath in summer because the little beggar wouldn't get out! She'd stay in there for hours if I let her, still does.

DS is 2 on thursday and if i have time before the bath i get everything ready otherwise i duck out quickly to get his pjs organised by in saying that the bathroom is directly in sight of his room. i can always hear him playing and splashing about in there. but 99% of the time i am in the room with him the whole time. its very rare that i dont get time before baths to get everything organised and if i am not in there then DH is.

I stay with them if they are in the bath - they are 4.5 and 2.5.
They do go in the shower together with me in the next room.

I have in the last 6 months or so started the leaving the room, but I am directly across the hallway in DS room, he is in my direct line of sight, I just tidy up, get his stuff ready etc..

Most of the time though, I have a shower while DS is in the bath (we do mornings LOL) he is 3 and a bit .
