I just saw an ad for the Parenting Expo that will be in Adelaide from tomorrow. Just wondering if anyone has ever been to one of these? I've never heard of it before and would be interested to hear from anyone that has been to one!
I went to the expo in Melbourne, I thought it was a waste of time, very few exhibitors. The pregnancy, babies and childrens expo is soooooo much better (well it was last year). Its on in Adelaide 14-16 March 08. There is a website for further details.
I'm in Melbourne, and I've gone to both baby expos for the last two years.
The parenting expo is a waste of time. The only bonus is that there are not many people there, so you can get to check out the (few) stands that are there.
The pregnancy, babies & children expo is HUGE... and worth going... Although there are so many people it's difficult to move around sometime!
I'm lucky that the big expo is on in October (in Melbourne) - just before I give birth!! So I'll be shopping like a madwoman!
