my kids have a funny belly button like half inny half outie same as DH has not sure its sorta weird but mine is very inny even getting more inny when i was pregnant but im weird like that sorry no help as usual lol

Sounds like umbilical granuloma. Ds had one. They did the silver nitrate about 5 times. Didn't work. He ended up having surgery at 18 months as he was having surgery for something else, so they fixed it up at the same time.
