    It's my understanding that dry lips are a sign of dehydration. Is she having enough fluid?

    Breastmilk? If you still have milk that is. The hind milk is best - more fat.

    Hi All,

    Thanks for the reply. She's on formula so i dont have breastmilk anymore. I think she is having enough fluids because she drinks water in between meals. She has a cold at the moment.

    Can I use olive oil the ones u use to cook with?

    phoenixml have you actually tried to squeeze any out? I weaned DD at 7 months, she's 2.5 now and i still can get a few drops expressed by hand (very handy for booboo's and grazes )
