I think I'm going to need one of these! My 14 mo DD is a rat bag & thinks its a game when I tell her to stop when she's running off. She squeals with delight that mum is chasing her and it terrifies me. We were at a park last week & she ran off towards a great big drop off, little minx was quick too. Another lady saw what was happening and started running too, but I got there just in time! Needless to say, DD spent the rest of the time in the stroller!

If you arent lucky enough to get one of those mythical children who are angelic and never step a foot out of line; those animal harness leads ARE THE BEST INVENTION EVER!

Never had to use one on Ds1 but my Ds2 is a bolter. If he see's any opportunity to run, he will. Complete nightmare. The harness and lead make it so much easier to attach him to the pram so he can still be independent and walk but cant run off in the blink of an eye...................it acts kinda like a bungee cord and he just spring right back

Maybe see how your Ds goes before you buy one?

I tried one on DD (who likes to bolt too) and she was like a dog who didn't like the lead. She just sat down on the groun like she had lead in her butt.
