wow Kim i really hope my ds learns that quick he is pretty smart
he will be 2yrs and 9 months when this ones born, so not much difference, like i mentioned before he holds my hand to cross roads and even walk around the shopping centre but i do know the older they get the more independant they become and another baby being added ive been told older children tend to play up more to get ur attention so im quite nervous he's going to not want to hold my hand anymore
They're funny little souls. No doubt he will be a bit of a ratbag for a time, but I found it passed really quickly.
Darcy was walking with a GF of mine when we were out when Nate was little and she called the wrist strap her 'Darcy strap', so Darc wanted to hang onto that of course, then she showed her ours and she was happy after that....we just directed her need for control to a positive rather than a very frustrating runnaway negative.
