We bought a double pram, a bassinet (we borrowed one last time), some clothes (don't need alot, same sex at the same time of the year) and a carseat(toddler one for ds1). I am also planning on getting a new carrier, some new sheets etc for bassinet and cot and a new going home outfit for cupcake
