TBH I would be feeling a bit concerned as well. It does sound a bit neurological, but just because it sounds that way, there can be other reasons as well.
Matilda drags her right foot. I didn't even notice that she has right sided slowness until she had a physio assessment. I was shocked but they also said that it can be normal at this age to do that. Their brain is doing so much. We have to practice doing symmetrical things like catching a ball and jumping etc... not throwing or kicking unless we practice doing it on the Right. After the assessment I went home and checked her shoes and yep... all the right toes were worn, and she had no right big toenail!! Its been worn off.
I was told that it could be a sign of other issues, or just something on its own.
