Red face What do you use for a Bubble mix?

Just interested to know what everyone uses to make bubble mix (like for blowing bubbles)?

I know you can just use dishwashing liquid, but is there any secrets for making a good mix? Anything to add or are some dishwashing liquids better than others??

Anything else you can use other than dishwashing liquid?

    Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Add Glycerine to the dishwashing liquid and water

Why glycerine? What does it do and where do you get it? I've tried making bubble solution just from dishwashing liquid and water but turns out crappy lol.

This is the recipe I used to use at work:

1 Litre of Warm water (warm works best)
    250ml of Morning Fresh
    30ml glycerine (bubble last longer)

    Makes about 1.3l of mixture!

You can get Glycerine (Glycerol .. I think it is also called) in a supermarket. Cake aisle I think but don't quote me on aisles. I do online shopping LOL

Glycerine is usually in a little brown bottle, about 100mls or something.

I have also heard to use plain dish-washing liquid rather than the lemon/lime/added smell ones.
