People always comment on DD's hair (light blonde, ringlet curls - she get's it from me and her Dad) and her eyes (bright blue, big - from her Dad) and eyelashes I would pay a fortune for (sooo long and dark, again - from her Dad!). People also say she's so petite and like a little doll walking around. We've had a friend ask for DD to model clothing and whatnot on her kids clothing website - I'm not sure so just shelving that request for the time being!

as a baby, she was often told, "you're such a beautiful baby boy" (not much hair)
as a toddler, she was often told, "what beautiful curls on a beautiful boy" (still not much hair)
now as a 3.5yr old, she gets "you're a pretty thing" and "i LOVE her hair" and "she's very short"
i have no idea, what to teach her to say, when she is told "you are a pretty little girl" etc. i think she ends up coming out with "i know" - whilst i'm cringing at the compliment in the first place. i cringe, cos i don't know how to teach her to handle the compliment. Maybe i should do the easy thing and tell her just to say "thank you". (easy to think of this NOW, when not IN the situation). WHen it happens, i'm so surprised it's being said, that i just blank. (i think she's lovely, but i get a surprise that total strangers would think the same thing). I also get the looks of surprise, as i look nothing like her. SHe's blonde, blue eyes, i'm the total opposite.
People always comment on DD's beautiful big blue eyes and then her hair. DH and I have brown hair and hers is strawberry blonde at the moment so people always ask where she got it from but I had the same colour when I was a baby. The one thing she has of mine! lol.
She usually attracts attention when we're out because at the moment she's loving waving and blowing kisses to random strangers, lol. And then they say 'isn't she a happy girl'.
DD gets compliments on how much hair she has and her 'big blue eyes'. She got called a blue eyed bombshell last week . Gigi if its any consolation, DD had her hair in pigtails last week wearing pink tights and a pink bib and an old lady said 'what a lovely little boy'
Everyone notices DD's electric blue eyes, and her white hair - DH and I are both very very dark. Oh and her height. She's extremely tall for someone who just turned four (like to my armpit).
DS, everyone comments on his beautiful smile. Even when he's shy and hiding, he'll flash a big grin.
Ds is always complemented on how "alert" he is. He soaks up everything and everyone. Like a little sponge! Otherwise, it's just the usual "awww, he's so GOOOORGEOUS"
DD1 gets comments on her big brown eyes, long long lashes and long dark wavy hair. DD2 gets comments on how she is the opposite to DD1 with her big blue eyes and straight fair hair - she also gets comments on how funny she is.
Ds1 used to get comments about his red ringlets until he asked to cut them off. Now people just comment about how he looks like he is 6 or 7 instead of 3. Very tall and lanky.
Ds2 gets comments about his big brown eyes. They are an unusual shape and the first thing you notice when you look at him; and doesnt he know it lol
Ds3 gets comments about his curls and his cheeky grin. He's quite the ladies man.
Hair (strawberry blond and a bit curly)
Eyes (big and brown like DP's)
THE best cheeky smile
Friendly (goes around the supermarket shouting, and I do mean shouting, hello at everyone)
DD1 has always been her big blue eyes and her cheeky smile, now it's starting to be her hair.
DD2 it has to be how long her hair is and her big blue eyes...
**wish i could say they got their eyes from me, but they don't 100% their dad**
Dudie - your not half your mum & your going to make a great rugby player when your older
Mario - your son is a genius...he is SOOO smart sorry it annoys me at times because it gets said with the other children around
Mini me - she is soooo feminine - how gorgeous is she - she has amazing eyes - OMG she is so little - how beautiful is her hair
Tank - WOW he's a big boy - can you believe how far he's come - he has a gorgeous face - man he should model - what a polite little man you have (he's always saying hello and waving and pointing at people)
and I get asked easily 5 times a week from complete strangers if mini me and tank are twins because they are just so cute and identical
