Patience and to 'forgive and forget'![]()
That anything is possibleImagination is special..... and to "forgive and forget" and about unconditional love.... so many more....
DD has an amazing imagination for her age, it blows me away. She'll wrap a piece of material around her body and say "look mummy I'm getting married" and then we start singing together "here comes the bride"..... things like that, we are really silly together but she prompts it all and I just go along with it
A glass of water could have fish in it.... I'll say to her "oh really? how many? what colour are they?" I would never say "no that's silly" like some people do to their kids!!
DD has taught me how much you really truly can love your kids and how they are your entire world and it breaks your heart to even think about something happening to them
oh, and our DD has taught us that sleep doesn't matter and that we can sleep when we're deadhahaha
Exactly that.. I knew I would have an amazing love for my kids, but with the twins I was amazed at how much power my love actually had. Nothing else mattered but them.Love - They taught me to love like no one else could, I could never imagine to love a person the way that I do my kids, from the first time I knew they were inside me... It's that kinda love that will over power any other feeling - it's the most amazing feeling in this world.
Unconditional love there is nothing in this world like the love you feel for your child and the minute you know they are growing inside you that protective instinct just takes over my kids are my world the air i breath and the reason i get out of bed every day.
To stop and smell the roses, and to smile and laugh more than I ever have before. To take pleasure in the simple things, that it really is amazing how a spider spins its web, that we get such amazing bird life in our garden, that a ball will bounce and roll (and bounce and roll, and bounce and roll, over and over and over and over....and it's still fascinating to some, days later!), and that to see a child laugh and smile never gets old. And that, he can still reduce me to happy tears when I least expect it. Oh, and that little kids can have BIG appetites, lol!
Rouge... Beautiful.
Every answer in here has made me smile and tear and laugh. How precious these little people are!
