I used the Hug-a-Bub (a wrap carrier) about 2 weeks after I think. Just made sure I didn't do it up so it was rubbing on my scar. I found it really comfy especially on my back as my back was pretty sore.

I had my peanut shell one in hossy with DS, and he was a 4kg kid.
Great! thanks ladies for your responses,so no one got a achy scar or back from carrying so soon after the c/section?
Because realistically i will need to start using it pretty much in the first week of having bubs and just a little scared of doing damage,and i mean for things like picking up dd from school and shopping etc...
