DD1 (4yo) goes to bed between 7.30 and 8.30pm (depending on when MasterChef finshes) and she wakes anywhere between 6.30 and 7.30am
DD2 (17mo) does to bed between 6.30 and 7.30pm and wakes anywhere between 5.30 and 6.30am
