Rachel, our little man still doesn't sleep through and he's 16 months old. He has had a strict bed routine from when he was 9 weeks old and I think that does help. He was still being wrapped until he was 8 months old but at 4 months he still fed 2-3 times over night. His sleep really fell apart at about 9 months as we wnt to the UK for Christmas and then moved house twice whe we got home. He has also been teething since January with his 7th tooth appearing this week so I can't blame him for being unsettled, I'm sure his little mouth hurts. He'll sleep when he's ready but I sure hope that is soon as his little sister is due in November! Good luck with your little one.
