I think it is all just wives tales about babies sizes. I was told that with #2, because I already had a big boy, if I had another boy, he could be bigger, but if it was a girl, she would more likely be smaller. There is no real way of knowing what is going to happen. I know of women who have had whoppers and then really small ones. So don't let it stress you out. Plus, having had one baby already can make the birth process easier the next time around.

We have a 20month gap between all our three and it works perfectly for us. Some like them closer and others like them further apart. Erin goes to preschool with a boy whose brother was born in the same year as him - he was in Jan and his brother was in December. You just cope with it, plus you have made the choice to have another one now, so you must think that you are able to handle it kwim? Phooey to everyone else - they all like to tell you the bad parts and not the good.

Lucy, one of the Mod team, has her #2 and #3 close together, I'm sure she'd love to tell you about it and how she is going.
