Hi Heaven,

I try not to do things by the clock, but DD ends up napping around the same time generally,so
7am wake up and generally have boob in bed with me and we go back to sleep untill
9am get up have solids, boob then play and hang about... around 11 its sleepy time(ongoing battle generally cries for about half an hour) sleeps for half
11.30-12 DP gets home so we will hang out then solids,boob then play... then will have her arvo nap at about 2 or 3...
She only sleeps for half an hour at each nap, then depending on her mood bed time goes..
5-6pm- Solids, bath, boob, book and then in bed between 6 and seven.
