    GRRRR Charlotte is still vomiting

Charlotte started to vomit saturday early morning, and for about just over 24 hours she really could not keep anything down, I took her to the local hospital sunday morning, but they said it was gastro and she should be getting better, anyway from sunday lunch time she started to keep milk down, but she was still bring up tiny amounts about twice a day.
So yesterday i tried to start some solids again, just some vegies at dinner time ( she did not want them) so i left it, around 3am she had a runny poo and then at 6 am i feed her and brought up about 1/4 of her feed.
Charlotte was fine this morning so i thought i would give her some lunch ( fruit) but she brought this all up. I have got an appoinemt for her at 3:15, but i have a friend who is a nurse at our local A&E and she told me that i should be taking her there.
Charlotte really can not afford to loose anymore weight she lost about 100 grams over the weekend and was weighed yesterday and weighs 7.1 kgs at 10 months.

thank you for ready this, and if you have any ideas on what i can do, please tell me.

    Hi kelly,

Is it an option to go to A&E, and if they turn you away go to your 3:15appt? Once you tell them tell them whats going on, what your concerns are etc, if they send you back there they should call ahead for you so it doesn't happen again.

Milo has had a few bouts of gastro (with going to childcare etc) and once he vomited for 5 days. While its all well and good to say thats just gastro (assuming it is just gastro), its not when in your case you've been struggling with Charlottes weight.

Sorry I wasn't sure how to word that, I dont want it to sound offensive to you, I just think with all the effort your put in in trying to get your little girl to eat and put on weight, they should be taking you more serioulsy and not just fobbing this off as another case of gastro.

I know when Lindsay had it at 7months he had it for a good week and just when you thought it was safe to give them something more substancial, it would start again. In his case it was just gastro and nothing else, but I know you've been struggling with her weight for a while, so there might be another problem that needs investigating - not everything can be put down to gastro.
