    When was the first time...

DH and I were talking about getting Powderfinger tickets but the only place we can go is Bendigo due to the tickets selling out everywhere else. He suggested making a weekend of it, but I'm not sure.

DD is 13 months old and I've never left her overnight before. I was wondering when anyone did for the first time. I'm a SAHM, so me being without her for even a little while is a bit weird!

How old was your LO when you left them overnight with someone? How did they go?

    Cheers!

I had to leave DD1 at 5mths as i ended up having surgery for gallstones, she was with her dad but it felt like leaving her with a stranger , i knew he was more than capable but it felt horrible, i also left ehr at about 6mths for more surgery (6 nights in hosp) and for 2 nights when i went to QLD in March... all with her dad.

Otherwise TONIGHT is actually the first time she has stayed somewhere overnight without me or her dad, she is at her Nannas so i can go do some cleaning at the new house, she didn't even care when i left.. kissed myself and DD2 goodbye and said c-ya... cheeky little monkey, my MIL text me to say she's fast asleep.. no tears... which almost makes me sad to be honest

ah why did i know you were gonna say that, lol

... i reckon go make a weekend out of it in Bendigo, it's a pretty town and don't forget you can go for drives to other towns nearby for something to do too, i love discovering little country towns & the drive to get there ... Beechworth Bakery at Bendigo is my fav, i prefer the set up there to the others

I left DS for the first time when he was quiet young but we lived with mum at the time so it wasnt a biggie
    I left DD1 at about 6months
    I left DD2 at 8weeks
but always with my mum who is in my opinion as close to me as it gets

I'm really sure they are coming here to Ballarat too

... Silverchair came here a couple of years ago (they even tried to get Pink last year)

*** On your question, my sister gave me great advice once she said " they need to learn to survive without us Mummy's at some point and believe they do just fine, better then you realise " !!!
