When should i start to worry?

Thanks Girls, Massive case of guilt, i didn't catch him! It got to the size of his fist & hasn't gotten any bigger thank God. No vomiting or anything.

Also signs to look for are : uneven pupils, slow reaction in pupils to light, and any liquid from ears. glad he's ok though
