I wouldn't be concerned about that temp at all. It is not high or even unusual.
As for the bite, wait and see - if she isn't fussed by it, and you can see no other reactions (face swelling, trouble breathing etc) then I would watch and wait.

I take note if the temp is over 37. If it goes much over 38 I give panadol. If the panadol doesn't bring it down after a few hours or it keeps going up, I'd get it checked out.
But if your mummy instinct is telling you something is wrong, go and get it checked.
