I would not be worried about a temp of 37.4. Keep an eye on her and if you are concerned or her actions are unusual then it would be a good idea to think about getting things checked out

She is teething. She had 2 teeth come through a couple of weeks ago and im not sure if her top teeth are coming through. She musn't have been feeling well as she slept for 10 hours straight without waking but she is fine today.
