where can i find nutrition info?

wasnt really sure where to post this! what im after is a website that can tell me, or give me an idea what my dd should be eating.. as in how much of this, how much of that etc
i have tried googling, but cant really find what im looking for.

i just want a basic idea.. i know there may be varying recommendations, but sometimes i worry if im not feeding her the right things, or too much of something!

for example, she loves eggs! she eats scrambled, boiled, on toast, ommelettes... she asks for eggs every day, i just want to know if its ok to let her have eggs everyday!

also bread, ive switched her to wholemeal, which, when she has lunch or a snack, she'll have 3-4 pieces (no crusts) and i give her multigrain if she has toast, as she wont eat it as a sandwhich.

i hope someone can help point me in the right direction!!

As far as I know its okay for tots to have one egg per day. I try not to give Steph more than two in a day, but she absolutely loves them too.

    I've just PM'd you....

I don't think eggs every day would be a problem. There are certainly lots of different recommendations out there - I would either ring the dietetics department at your local children's hospital, or a paediatric dietician.
