Can you try getting her to cut down by making smaller bottles? Or maybe if she wakes just offer the warm water in the bottle as you said she took that. it might just be a comfort thing that she is after.

I just wanted to let you know that DD1 is exactly the same. She has 200ml at breakfast, lunch and before bed, and then she wakes up around 3-4am asking for another one. We just give it to her because the alternative is her whinging and crying for 4 hours before she falls asleep - and we've had enough of that behaviour.
