    Sorry, no advice, but I just had to say, this thread title made me LOL cause I pictured this little boy, wherever he happened to be, seeing a random 'granny' (ie, any granny, not necessarily just his) and throwing up at her! And for all random 'grannies'

    He's 15 months old and if anything he's to rough with them lol he's definately a boisterous boy!

    He's also a bit of a fussy eater and if anything doesn't eat enough I'm at a loss

    Hmmm... I'd probably be getting pretty clued up on what he's eating.

    I had a similar issue with DS - he spent every Friday with my dad. He's never been one to get sick, but he would puke occasionally after he got home from there at night.

    Turned out my idea of a good diet for a three year old, and dad's idea of a good diet for a three year old were two *very* different things.
