Sorry, I can't help you with what to eat etc but I always found with my babies that a massage was really good for wind.

EEk, I didn't realise that oats could give babies wind! I eat a lot of them too and she is a real farty pants - and often wakes herself up trumping!!

If DD is struggling, I giver her infacol and cycle her legs around a bit to get it moving. Also, one of the MCHN's that I saw ages ago told me to put her on her tummy after a feed because it dispells some of the bubbles. Missy hates tummy time though so that didn't really work for us. And who wants to lie on their tummy after a big dinner anyway? I wouldn't!!

    Infacol is good though hun.

Hey there. Not sure if I am just silly for not having known this myself, but I was drinking a lot of sparkling mineral water when jazzy was little and she was very windy. Got told to cut that out and it did help a bit. However I think some babies are just windy babies regardless of what you eat. I ended up using massage and also a dummy to help move the wind when she was in pain.
