Aww poor little munchikin

Normally I would say keep it uncovered so it can breathe/and dry out, but in the skin folds in her neck it is going to stay warm and moist (sweat) etc, I would be inclined to cover it with a piece of sterile non stick gauze as that will still allow some air to get to it.

Keep it aired as much as you can during the day
