Most of the kids ones do have a higher sugar content than the normal 'adult' yoghurts so i stuck with buying plain jalna etc but now the girls get vaalia and stuff, whatever DP and i buy BUT that said if i had to choose b/w my child being fussy and eating minimal of anything and eating a kids yoghurt then i would give them a kids yoghurt.
I wouldn't give it to them every day but sometimes you have to pick your battles IYKWIM.

Thanks ZF that's kind of what i was thinking, but just to allow a little variety in our limited options at the moment anyway i was hoping a couple a week wouldn't be a bad thing for her.

I found a Vaalia (i think) option in the squeeze tubes but they were about double the size of the kids ones and way too much for me to expect her to eat and i'm pretty sure after having her mouth on the tube it's not very hyginic to put in back in the fridge.

    Thank you

Could you show her that it comes out of the tube and get her to put it in a bowl and eat it with a spoon, then put it back in the fridge?

I could do that, i'll see how we go. The way we're going if she can manage a few mouthfulls by herself it's better than nothing
