I had a little success last night which is pretty exciting!! After watching to podcasts i tried a few things when DD woke and was able to resettle her twice Usually when i go in she gets herself so worked up if i try to do anything other than feed her so i'm really happy with last night. We've got a fair bit of work ahead of us, resettling is one thing, feeding to sleep is another but we'll get there. we may not even need the sleep school after all.

My main reason for asking is just to know that their approach was gentle and that people didn't have any stories of it being a traumatic experience. No negatives is a good thing for if we cross that path

    Thanks for you help ladies.

I went when DD1 was 6 months old. They were wonderful. Wouldnt hesitate to go back through them again. I went for a day stay (2 day naps for DD).
