    DD (16 mos) will usually wave and then stare at the door for a while, but she doesn't get upset. Even when DH and I leave her with my parents.

    Mind you, when DH comes home she won't let go of him and he gets dozens of kisses.
    I get 1 or 2 kisses a day if I'm lucky.
