Yep, DD was slightly bigger. DS was 7lb (3.195kg) and DD was 7lb2oz (3.250kg), both 50cm long.

Mine got smaller! All 10 days 'over'.

Was definitely true for me. Ds1 was born at 38 wks and was 7 lbs 14oz (3.8kg) and ds2 was born at 41 and was 10lbs 4oz (4.66kg). Ds2 size was a shock to everyone. No one expected him to be that big!

DS was born at 39+2 & was 7lb 3oz

Update! We had a baby girl last week...... 10lb 6oz !!! (4.7kg) Born 40+6wks still trying to get my head around how big she was on those scales! Although she's still tiny to me, being a newborn and all

She's got beautiful chubby thighs and cheeks, just gorgeous!!

So there you go.... for me.... 2nd time around MUCH BIGGER bub!!

dd was born when she was ready at 3.190kg in hospital
ds was born when he was ready at home at approx 3.3kg

so i dunno, at 2 mars bars difference between them i just say they were about the same
