I had booked DD in for her 12mth injections and just completely forgot. Booked her in again and she was unwell. Finally got it done 1mth after her birthday. The day after she had them I got an online letter notification from Centrelink explaining DD had not had her 12mth injections and unless I advised them of either a conscientious objection or other reason or not had them done in the next month we would be contacted again, and our CCB would be effected and then cancelled.
