Pie had a bit of a stuffy nose after she was born (vaginally FWIW, so I don't know?) but it cleared up fairly quickly.
If you're worried about it ask at your next appt (are you haveing an 8 week check?) in the meantime I would try saline drops, Fess or something & you can get it with the snot sucker like Pixie said. They don't much like it though it is very effective.
