I have a 10mth old daughter who since she started teething a few months ago her routine has totally gone out of whack! We are finding we are getting up at least 3 times or more during the night waking up to her crying in the cot and having to feed/cuddle her to sleep which of course can be quite exhausting.
The other thing she has been hard to feed lately too she only opens her mouth for the first few mouthfuls of her feed then tries to bite on the spoon you have to try and squeeze the food into her mouth.
I dearly love my girl but its getting quite frustrating and hoping for some suggestions. i've tried putting her into a routine but she is stubborn and wants to eat/sleep when she's ready. also if she's been grizzling for the last hour and i try to rock her she'll try and scratch/hit me. if you put her in the cot she keeps sitting up screaming and we dont really want to hear her keep crying id prefer a gentler solution
for example her routine today as been
bottle 6.30am 180ml
breakky 9.30am only had 1/2 of it
bottle 10.30am 40ml
nap 12.15-1.15pm
lunch 1.45-2.15pm only had a few mouthfuls
bottle 3.30pm 145ml
nap 4.45 - well she's still asleep wondering whether to wake her otherwise we could be awake with her for half of the night.
