Forskin question

I had the same worry with my DS. He is 4 and his foreskin has started to retract. He now pulls it back to wave it in the water in the bath (because he can) and insists on whoever is doing bath duty watch him "get his willy out!". Very very funny.

Yep, as above. TBH my DH swears he didn't know it could be pulled back til he was 13. He learnt from a friend at school! Also the same time he learnt some other interesting things lol
But he still never had any infections or problems with it.

as above, leave it alone, it wont be ready to be pulled back for a while yet. My son was about 8-10 before he could pull it back.

Our nephew had problems at age 4 with infection that would not clear up and he had to have it circumsized to fix the problem. I dont know how they become infected though, but you'll know it if it does get infected becasue it goes very red and is very sore.

Yes, DS has a very sensitive foreskin & it gets red & swollen when its irritated. It can weep when infected too, so you can't miss it. We have to be very careful.
