Yay! She has been asleep for the last 2hrs in her basinette. I have worked out her sleep cycles are about 45mins and have patted her back to sleep twice!!!! So pleased! Thanks girls.

I forgot to mention in the book I am reading it said that babies around her age sleep cycles are 40-45min so if you hear them stirring dont think you have to go and get them they often need to just drift off to sleep land again. Great to hear that she is being a sleeping beauty for you!!

Out of my mind. Back in five minutes...

One thing I remember when DS was tiny, that I had to force myself to put him down after about 20 min or so of "play time" and get him to sleep, rather than wait for the tired signs, which never came, and if I left it too long he would get too tired and not be able to get to sleep. Does that make sense

But I am glad DD is sleeping a bit better today. xo
